Apply base (color or clear)

Be sure to wipe the tacky layer with alcohol
Peel your decal from a sheet

Apply decal and use a little pressure to make sure it is sealed completely down and there are no bubbles

Seal your decal in with Outshine topcoat and cure for 60 seconds

WIpe any tacky layer from gel polish before applying your decals. Your decals are sticky so your base should not be. Sticky will not stick to sticky.
We recommend top coating with Outshine, no wipe topcoat. This is a thicker viscosity topcoat. That is a little bit more flexible and will really protect your decals
You can cut the design! If the design is too big cut it just a bit short that way the topcoat will in case the entire decal.
