When do I get my points?
When your order ships. You'll see them on the way in My Account → Rewards as soon as you order, and the "It's on its way" email shows your new balance.
How do I use them?
In your bag or at checkout, pick how much to use: every 100 points is $5 off. Not ready? They'll keep for next time.
Do points expire?
Only if you go 12 months without an order. Any order resets the clock, and we'll email you a month before.
Can I use points with a promo code?
Yes. Points work alongside other codes, including a friend's 10% off.
How do referrals work?
Share your code or link from My Account → Rewards. Your friend gets 10% off their first order. You get 150 points when it ships.
Who can join?
Everyone with a retail account, free. Distributor accounts already get wholesale pricing, so they aren't part of Rewards. Points have no cash value.
